For nosebleeds: twist or fold the packing for easy insertion. Insert the packing all the way into the nasal cavity and leave for 30 minutes. For cuts: Cover bleeding wound and apply pressure with fingers for one minute or until bleeding stops. When bleeding stops, either remove packing and cover with an adhesive bandage, or cover packing directly. See package insert inside.
