Adults and children over 12 years of age: Use 15 mL (approx. one tablespoon), rinse for 30 seconds then spit out. Use up to 2 times per day; or up to 3 times per day only on the instruction of your healthcare professional. Children 12year and under: Do not use unless directed by a healthcare professional. Do not store above 25 degrees C (77 degrees F).
